1. The editorial board checks the citation rate in the research by the approved regulations of the journal, in a double-blinded way.
2. If the research exceeds the approved citation rate, the research is rejected and returned to the researcher. The researcher has the right to submit his research again after editing, and the citation rate will be re-measured.
3. If the research matches the approved citation rate, it shall then be ensured that the research meets all the technical and scientific regulations referred to above.
4. The researcher shall be informed whether the research has fulfilled the formal and technical regulations or not, within 15 days of uploading the electronic version to the journal website.
5. If the research complies with the technical and scientific regulations, the researcher shall be notified by e-mail, after which he/she shall submit two hard copies of the research for reviewing and pay the publication and reviewing fees.
6. The research submitted is subject to confidential review by two reviewers specialized in the field of research to indicate its validity for publication.
7. The researcher shall be informed of the result within 30 days from the date of payment of fees.
8. If the reviewers request radical changes, the researcher is obliged to make them within 14 days from the date of receiving the reviewers’ report.
9. If the reviewers request minor changes, the researcher is obligated to make them within one week from the date of receiving the reviewers’ report.

11. The postgraduate student (Master/PhD) is required, in addition to the previous conditions, to sign an acknowledgment that the research is related to his thesis and not part of it, and to get the approval of the supervising professor of the research according to the form approved in the journal. 

Important Remarks

• Researchers are directly contacted at the faculty campus or through an official e-mail.
• The researcher may not withdraw his research after being reviewed.
• Researchers can get a refund for the publication fees only if their papers are not accepted for publication but the reviewing fees are non-refundable.
• Only one copy of the research paper should be uploaded to the journal website and if more than one copy of the same research paper is uploaded, all copies shall be rejected without any liability to the journal.
• If the two reviewers require changes, the researcher shall make them in one copy of the said paper.
• Researchers shall ensure that their papers are written under the journal standards and guidelines. The journal editorial board shall not edit or format the submitted papers in any way whatsoever.

Philology is certified by the Egyptian Supreme Council of Universities. It is enlisted in the classification of national journals, issued regularly by the Supreme Council of Universities. and it received a score of 7 in the classification of July 22.
