The surname is an art form of Turkish literature that began in the fifteenth century AD, the tenth AH and continued until the era of the Tanzimat. The research is a review of the most important works of surnames in Turkish literature and their places of preservation, and an analysis of their literary and linguistic style. An introduction to the poet Sayed Wahbi, the author of the Surname Wehbe manuscript, which is the subject of the research, his literary personality, a physical description of the manuscript and the places of its preservation, and its importance in terms of folklore, and a descriptive study of the celebrations that took place on the occasion of the circumcision of the princes the sons of the Sultan Ahmed III, which lasted fifteen days and nights, described fireworks, sports, and oddities, and described the tables that were set up for those present, and others through a manuscript.
