Networking and Internet life have profoundly changed people's daily lives. The language of the Internet, which has developed significantly and rapidly by responding to the characteristics of network communication, plays an important and pivotal role. It has entered the written language and the language of communication daily. The language of the Internet penetrates the barrier of time and space for communication and has an impact on traditional forms of expression. Through this research, we discuss the language of the Internet and its development through language and analysis of its types, characteristics, and vocabulary and its impact on the ways of expression in the language and its impact on Arab students learning Chinese. It seeks to develop the language of the Internet because of its important role in everyday life.
