The child opens up to the world thanks to the cognitive organ that is the eye. He tries to decipher those who surround him through a look that becomes perverse and flips into a voyeurism process. The eye watches and tells and the look keeps on talking and listening. This study is focused on a stylistic analysis of the looks and voyeurism of Le Petit Saint by Georges Simenon (1903- 1989) and Le Petit Voyeur of Sonallah Ibrahim (1937- ). Although the languages of the two literary works vary, the pictural universe of both writers was created to absorb the eye of the spectator. The invisible and visible of it is somewhat balanced, raising the reader's eye by becoming voyeuristic in turn. These are looks that leave traces that we will follow and try to read and transcribe the emotional meaning to determine a readable scope for their messages.
