This study aims to shed light on students' linguistic mistakes that are related to the structural level while learning the Amharic language as a foreign language The Methodology of the study: Descriptive analytical method in a shed of applied linguistics which depends on the Contrastive analysis and error analysis. The sample of the study:60 Egyptian students from the Semitic Language Department of Alsun faculty this sample represents a basic level of Amharic learning. The examples of comparative analysis between the Amharic Language and the Arabic Language
1- The relation of Attribution (when the Assignor"Musnad") is not a verb)
2- The Symmetry between the Assignor and Assignee (when the Assignor is a verb) Conclusion: The students are not so much used to the symmetry between the verb and the subject in number in the Arabic model. Consequently, they have neglected conjugating the verb with the plural pronoun when the subject came in the plural form.
