The study is divided into two parts: one theoretical: deals with the life of El- Mazny and his literature, the theoretical foundation of the written and spoken languages, and the other the application studies: The context of dialogue in the "Sandook el donia " between spoken language and written language, The linguistic features of the dialogue between spoken language and written language.
